“What’s the Washington Monument Supposed to Be….a Stick?”

My posts are about to get shorter during the beginning of the week and longer on the weekends.  They have us working about 17 hours a day!  Yesterday at the Newseum, I was in charge of taking group pictures.  Here’s a taste of some of the scholars here and my favorite exhibit at the Newseum.

Off to Harpers Ferry – aka another HOT day outside.  As for the blog post title, a kid on the bus said that and gave me a pretty good chuckle!

Even your short post are great! Loved the caption and the explanation. You need to write down your “scholarisms” over the summer. They may be fodder for blogs for years to come! I want to go to the Newseum! You don’t think you have to have publicity releases to put scholar pictures on here, do you?

I have never been to the Newseum, but I have been to Harper’s Ferry a couple of times. It’s really pretty! The kids might find it a bit boring, since I did as a kid lol. But they have cool rocks, I remember hahaha! They also have a cool church and really pretty lookout points. I don’t know how you haven’t killed a couple of those kids yet. Judging by the picture, I think God is teaching you patience and tolerance. Better you than me! lol
