Craft Central

The least fall decorated area in my apartment is the sun room. Oh well, that won’t stop me form showing it to y’all.

The view in from the living room.

Now for some close ups.

Just a small portion of the reading I do.

Part 2 of 3 of my reading materials.

I love lazy suzans and jars for storage.

My bulletin, pin, and magnetic boards are full of color. I’m not the type of person who cleans off the boards. I just add and add and add some more until there is no longer room.

This bookshelf may be a pain to move, but it sure is worth the effort. Along with many other treasures, it came from Papa J’s garage. We stripped it, added beadboard and crown molding, and gave it some fresh paint. In between moves, it lost the crown molding and the paint is showing some wear. What the exterior of the bookcase lacks, everything on the shelves cover up. It holds countless books full of memories and almost all of my craft supplies! My latest little redo is on the second shelf. My mom gave me her old utensil lazy suzan and I added a little scrapbook paper to cover up all the white.

Unintentionally, the third shelf seems to scream Aggies! If you look hard, I’ve got paint chips to craft with. I’m not sure what I’m going to make, but I’m sure Pinterest can help me out (And no, I did not have to run out of the store with them. I just appeared to be painting a rainbow room in multiple shades of each color!).

More supplies and boxes. I love the $1 letter paper tray I found at Goodwill. It’s galvanized and vintage!!

If you can’t tell by now, I love this space and I hope you enjoyed a peak at it too!
