Gruene at Christmas time

Before both Candace and I head home for Christmas, we thought it would be nice to have dinner one last time.  We decided Gruene would be a great spot with the Gristmill, quaint shops, and Christmas decorations.  We enjoyed walking around and seeing twinkly Christmas lights wrapped around all the trees.

We had dinner at the Gristmill followed by some picture taking bonding.

Gruene hall and main street were completly decked out for Christmas.

If you are near New Braunfels or will be driving through this Christmas season, stop by Gruene.  You won’t be disappointed.

The best part of the evening was captured in this picture – the joy of friendship.

Take some time this Christmas season to catch up with good friends and soon your cup will be overflowing with joy like mine.  Praying for joy for you this Christmas.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows.  Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. {Psalm 23: 5-6}
