Twenty Twelve

Hello there.  It’s been a while.  A long while actually.  I hope your Christmas and last days of 2011 were filled with much joy.  I know mine were.  Now that we’re in 2012 I’ve got some recapping to do here on the blog.  Prepare for a plethora of Christmas stories and pictures in the coming days.

My past few weeks were overflowing with visiting family and friends, celebrating Jesus’s birth and the start of a new year, thanking God for another year of blessings, and the renewing promise of another year full of grace.  I’m not one for resolutions, but I do have a few things in mind for my twenty twelve.  I’ll be sharing more soon.  For now, here’s the short list.

A few things in store for my 2012:

Starting my second semester of graduate school.

Expressing and recording daily tidbits and blessings in my gratitude journal.

Living out my word for 2012: THRIVE

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. {Romans 12:2}

    Looking forward to more good stuff. Saw a note in the last few days about resolutions. It said we should try to do something kind everyday and to write it down. Thought the writing it down part was interesting. I won’t do it, but it’s a great goal. Love ya.
