Instagram Recap: 2nd Week of February

Highlights from this week:

  1. 1 year mark for my weight loss journey.  83 lbs and counting.
  2. “The light of heaven falling down, spreading light to the darkest places.”#shine
  3. 9 minute mile pace  – Currently, my PR is an 8 minute mile.
  4. “Feel the fear and do it anyway.” Sure signs of a great workout: toughening up my soft hands with pull-ups, miles of running and stairs, foam rolling (best thing ever!), and smiling through it all.#sweattherapy
  5. Birthday bagels and wishes at work before I got to see my favorite twin!
  6. Purple smoothie yumminess.
  7. A few states won’t keep us apart for our 23rd birthday. #roadtriplife  We met up in Charlotte, NC.
  8. Birthday flowers at work!
  9. Testing out my new food scale with my trail mix blend.
